Sleeping late and wake up late is treated as part of  Modern lifestyle in Changing lifestyle system. But it is always advised to wake up early to maintain good health. Sleeping late and wake up late can be harmful to health. Hope  EARLY TO BED AND EARLY TO RISE,  HOW TO STAY FRESH ALL DAY will motivate you.

In our Ancient traditions, wake up time is declared. Which is known as ‘BRAHMA MUHURAT” means last part of night which means approx. 90 minutes before the sunrise.

Wake up early is not less than a Tonic / medicine for human body. This habit will destroy all the health problems in your lifetime. If you wake up early on regular basis your immune system will be strong and in response your body will fight easily with various type of diseases and you will never suffer from any disease. Scientific researches has proved that wake up early is beneficial of a healthy brain.

The tissues of brain become active if you wake up early and the brain works faster. As a result you gain good memory power.  Our Scriptures has also advised to wake up in Wee Hours “BRAHAM MUHURAT”.  In Ancient time teachers used to taught students, Vedas and Shastra in early morning.

In this world the famous Seekers, Great Scholars, Long life people used to wake up in early morning / wee hours “BRAHAM MUHURAT” and use to start their daily routine work.

It is told in Rigveda that the person who wake up early morning in wee hours “BRAHAMA MUHURAT”  live a long life. Tam and Rajo properties are very low in the early morning hours. That is why bad mental thoughts become Good and quiet.

Why morning air is fresh:-

According to Ayurveda the air blowing in this period of time is obtained with nectar particles from Moon. That is why This will be equivalent to nectar for our health. This is called as Brave Wind (Veer Vayu). Walking in this time will enrich our body with strength and the body becomes stiff.

When we wake up in the morning this fresh air touches our body. The touch of this fresh air will empower our body with force and energy and therefore the mind become happy and calm.  Opposite to this, sleeping late hours we could not get in touch with this fresh air and faces issues of mind and body health.

Scientific Truth of waking up early in the morning.

According to various researches early morning hours are pollution free and the oxygen particles are more as compared to day hours.

The fresh air of early morning tune our body and mind with passion. Due to this fresh air increases power in lungs and blood becomes pure. This is the reason the early morning walk, exercise, Yoga and pranayama make the body fit and healthy.

Apart from this, In the twilight of the birds, the atmosphere of the morning gets cheerful. Our body and mind gets refreshed by being frazzled. We become happy all the day and made others happy. Those who do not adopt these rule has to face ill health problems. If the day routine will be good, you will be succeed.

Early to rise is the foremost part of daily routine because wake up early will give you lot of time to plan your daily activities and you have lot of extra hours. Nor you become late for office neither your child reaches late in School.

All the work is finished with planned schedule and your mind will be free of any tension. You can also find out few hours for your hobbies, meet your relatives and friends. Those persons who wake up early / wee hours / Brahama Muhurat will become mentally and physically fit in his life time and also become a happy and successful personality.
